Q1. Can we put our brand (logo) on the product? A: Yes we can print your brand (logo) on the product. Q2. Can I get a sample? A: Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed. Q3. How long is your warranty time? A: Our warranty term is 1 year guarantee. Q4. What is the port? A: Shipping port: Shenzhen, Mainland China, Hongkong. Q5. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? A: We are a manufacturer, providing OEM & ODM service. Q6.What is the delivery date for goods? A: Sample within 2~3 days, mass production within 30 days. Q7.How about the payment terms? A: Payment terms is T/T, 30% as deposite, 70% as balance before delivery. Q8. Are your products conforming to our standards? A: Yes, our products pass the testing as you require, e.g.: CE, RoHS, etc. Q9. How do you ship the goods? A: We can ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. It usually takes 4~5 days to arrive. By air, by sea are also acceptable. Q10. How do you control the quality? A: We control the product quality by IQC,100% testing before packaging.
